Palmetto Community Health Care provides cost-free quality and compassionate, health service to the medically uninsured, eligible residents of York and Lancaster Counties.

At Palmetto Community Health Care our mission is to provide compassionate, essential medical services to qualified individuals in our community who lack access to medical care. We are dedicated to promoting health equity and ensuring high-quality health care to the medically uninsured and impoverished qualified adults in our community. All qualified adults regardless of their financial situation and no insurance should receive the medical attention and support they deserve.

Our free clinic is committed to:

Ensuring Access to Medical Care: We strive to eliminate barriers to healthcare by offering cost-free, comprehensive medical services, to adults ages 18-64 without any medical insurance and at or below the 250% federal poverty line.

Compassionate Care: We approach every patient with empathy, respect, and dignity. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals and volunteers is committed to providing personalized, patient-centered care.
