    HomeWell Care Services | Supporting Families at Home

    HomeWell Care Services provides personalized in-home care for families throughout Lancaster County who want their loved ones to remain safe, comfortable, and supported at home. Our caregivers assist with daily routines, personal care, companionship, and recovery support, helping individuals maintain independence while receiving the care they need.

    Families often contact HomeWell when daily tasks become more challenging, when a loved one is recovering from surgery or illness, or when safety concerns arise at home. We work closely with families to create care plans tailored to each individual’s needs, with support ranging from a few hours per week to 24-hour care when needed.

    Every client benefits from dedicated Care Manager oversight, ensuring care remains consistent, responsive, and aligned with evolving needs. HomeWell is proud to be a trusted resource for Lancaster County families and a partner to local professionals supporting care at home.
