Welcome to Therapy Resource Group's adult support group! Build confidence, manage stress, anxiety, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. This group combines evidence-based therapeutic approaches including ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy), DBT, (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and expressive arts activities to foster self-awareness and expression, emotional resilience, distress tolerance, and personal growth in a supportive setting.
