We cordially invite you to join the City of Lancaster as we honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The 2015 parade Grand Marshal is WCCB News Rising Co-host, Terrence Bates. Following the parade, join Mr. Bates at the ceremony for a moment of reflection and inspiration. Winners of the " I Have A Dream" essay contest will be announced during the ceremony. Events Schedule 3:00 PM - "I Have A Dream" Parade - Downtown Main Street 4:00 PM - Ceremony (following parade) - 216 S. Catawba Street 5:00 PM - Food Truck Dining - USCL Bradley Building 6:30 PM - Let It Shine: The American Civil Rights Movement Performed by Bright Star Touring Theatre from Arden, NC. Bundy Auditorium (USCL Bradley Build) Admission - $5.25 per person (Ages 3 and Up)
