2026 Chamber Trip Community Information Meeting

England, Scotland & Wales in 2026!Join us for a community informational meeting to learn about our 2026 International Chamber Trip!
The itinerary includes major cities and landmarks such as Edinburgh, York, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Bristol, Cardiff, Bath, and London.
Itinerary Highlights
Day 1: Overnight flight to Europe.Day 2: Arrival in Edinburgh; welcome dinner.Day 3: Edinburgh city tour, including Edinburgh Castle and The Scotch Whiskey Experience.Day 4: Travel to York for a guided tour, including York Minster.Day 5: Visit Stratford-Upon-Avon, including Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, then travel to Bristol.Day 6: Cardiff city tour, including Cardiff Castle.Day 7: Visit Bath and Stonehenge before arriving in London.Day 8: London city tour featuring major landmarks and a farewell dinner.Day 9: Departure from London.Tour Inclusions
The package includes roundtrip airfare from CLT, international air taxes, 7 nights of first-class hotel accommodations, 10 meals (7 breakfasts and 3 dinners), a professional tour director, deluxe motorcoach transportation, admissions, sightseeing, and baggage handling at hotels.Accommodations include hotels in Edinburgh, York, Bristol, and London.A $600 deposit per person is required to secure reservations, with final payment due 90 days before departure (Feb 10th, 2026).If you pay final payment by check instead of credit card, you receive the booking discount.Through this unique partnership with the University, the Chamber’s travelers may also enroll in the course! The course will begin with an online portion May 4-8, 2026 and then continue during the trip with faculty-led lectures and group discussions. The course allows travelers to deepen their understanding of the history and significance of the sites they will visit on the trip.
