DESCRIPTION:The Rock Hill Walk To End Alzheimer's is a tri-county walk for (Chester\, Lancaster and York counties). \n\nLancaster has seen an increase in Dementia diagnosis and we want to raise funds for caregiver grants\, research and education opportunities.\n\n \n\nThe Rock Hill Walk To End Alzheimer's will be Saturday\, September 27th at 9am. \n\nThe walk will be held at the back entrance/parking lot at the Rock Hill Galleria. \n\n \n\nWe would LOVE to see more participation from Lancaster and your church\,company or business are welcome to form a team and join us on walk day. There are some marketing opportunities if you want to be a sponsor/exhibitor on walk day. \n\n \n\nRegister for The Walk: \n\n act.alz.org/rhwalk\n\n \n\nIn Lancaster County\, South Carolina\, approximately 2\,400 people aged 65 and older are estimated to be living with Alzheimer's disease. This represents about 10.8% of the county's population in that age group.
